Taheebo Tea Brewing Instructions

Taheebo Tea, also known as Pau d'Arco Tea, is best brewed as a decoction. Simmering the bark draws out its full flavor, color, and natural compounds.

A decoction involves adding tea to water, bringing it to a boil, then continuing to simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
